4.    Closing will be held at Century 21 McKeown and Associates office in Moberly, MO and all title work will be handled by Town and Country Abstract. Customary closing fees apply to both the buyer and seller and the seller will provide title insurance.  Taxes will be prorated at closing and possession will be given at closing.
